The tool is a simple HTTPS (TLS) server and management tool for Windows.
It is used to start or stop an HTTPS service and to manage additional functions via the buttons:
- automatic creation of the TLS private key and certificate
- HTTPS server on port 443 without complex configuration
- File Manager for managing the provided HTML files
- export and import of HTML files into the web root directory
- opening the editor to edit HTML files in the web root directory
- Log for displaying logs
- Status for monitoring the server status
In short:
It is a server with a simple management tool for operating and configuring an HTTPS server.

To use the tools, you may need the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package.
You can download it from Microsoft or directly here:
