Check Point WAF has been named a Leader and Fast Mover in the GigaOm Radar for Application & API Security 2026, marking its third consecutive year in a leadership position. In its report, GigaOm highlighted Check Point WAF prevention-first architecture, advanced dual AI engines, unified protection for web, API, and AI applications, strong ecosystem integrations, and sustained pace of innovation.

GigaOm also highlighted that Check Point’s value proposition focuses on delivering industry-leading security efficacy, validated through the 2026 WAF comparison testing with a 99.5% detection rate and just 0.5% false positives, powered by its dual AI engine architecture combining supervised and unsupervised learning, the platform continuously adapts to each customer’s environment, ensuring precise threat prevention without manual tuning.
