Policy fetch schedule is not adjustable via API.
However, you can force a policy fetch at any time via the CLI (which is scriptable via the API) via the command "fw fetch xxxx" (where xxx is the IP/FDQN of the management).
This can be called via the run-script API: https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/latest/APIs/#cli/run-script~v1.9.1%20
VPN Communities are editab through the API.
For example, the delete option is: https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/latest/APIs/#cli/delete-vpn-community-star~v1.9.1%20
Note that you may need to make changes to the access policy configuration as a result of these changes.
These can also be done through the API.
