Unable To See CCSA Certificate associated with my account

Hi Team,

I have given CCSA exam on 29th September 2018, however still i haven't received my Certificate. In my Checkpoint Account, it's showing me that "According to our records, no certification information was found for xxx.@xxx.com". Please, let me know what should I do? to have my certificate ASAP. I have appeared exam through Pearson Vue. I do have Score Report with me let me know if i need to share it with you.

Registration:-342077820

Hi Kapil,

Actually your User center ID and Pearson Vue ID should be same. I think this is not the case with you. Same case was happened with me as well.

You can send email to certification@checkpoint.com with your details. They will upload certificate to your user center account or they will email certificate copy to registered email.

Hi kapil,

I agree with Gaurav but ask Toni Ponder or Jason Tugwell directly. They are responsible for the certifications.
