Unable To See CCSA Certificate associated with my account

Hi Team,

I took the CCSA exam 3 months ago but till now, I haven't received certificate. Also, In my Checkpoint Account, it shows that "According to our records, no certification information was found for xxx.@xxx.com". Please, let me know what should I do? I want to give the CCSA exam based on this. I have appeared exam through Pearson Vue. I also have a passing score and a copy of this score.

First, check if you used the same email for both the exam and your User Center account. If yes, please open the non-technical ticket with Account management, and also reach out to PearsonVue, if required.
