CheckMates Go:
Maestro Madness
Good morning,
Last Wednesday August 2nd I passed the 156-215.81: Check Point Certified Security Administrator R81 exam.
I took the exam in Pearson Vue with my personal email, I received in that email the next day the Pearson Vue score report, but I have not received the Credly credential, nor the CheckPoint certification.
I realised that one of the prerequisites was to have a CheckPoint account, my fault for not having one. On Friday 4th August I created a CheckPoint account with my personal email, but I didn't receive the certification either.
Finally I had to create a CheckPoint account with my corporate email, otherwise I couldn't contact you. Is there any way to receive the credential and have the certification appear in my CheckPoint panel?
Thank you and best regards.
You did not get the badge because you did not have a UserCenter account. Please open a non-technical ticket via https://help.checkpoint.com and explain your situation. Please also add proof of your exam.
In my previous reply, I also tagged our certification manager. He is based in the US, please allow a bit of time for him to reply. It is still a night there.
Thank you very much,
After contacting https://help.checkpoint.com I already have the certification and the badget in my profile.
Best regards.
It usually takes up to 3 weeks to get your exam validated and to issue a certificate. However, in your case it might be a bit more complicated since you did not have a UserCenter account when taking the exam.
@JasonT can you please advise?
I took the exam with a colleague and he received the Creadly badge and certification the next day.
I have tried to contact Check Point on this form https://www.checkpoint.com/about-us/contact-us/ about 4 or 5 times, but I have not received any response.
I understand that I will not lose the certification, after passing it.
Thanks

Great to hear.
I'm glad this is resolved. Contacting Account services is the quickest way to get these issues addressed.

Jason
