Missing Certificate

Hello Check Point,

I took the CCSE last week (04SEP2020) and passed. I checked my User Center account and I do not see the certificate there yet. I realize it may be too soon, but the reason I was asking is because when I took the CCSA I received an email letting me know my certificate had been added to my account on the same day I took the test, so I am just making sure there is not a problem. Could somebody let me know please. Thank you.

This takes some time, see also Certification help in CheckMates

It takes about 3-4 weeks for certificate to appear. 

In any case, please make sure the same email address is used for the exam and your User Center account
