CCSA - VUE Rescheduling refund - COVID-19

I scheduled my exam for 3/20. My city (Belo Horizonte,MG,Brazil) started to create social restrictions in the same week. I called at the test center and suggested postponing the test.

As the date was 24h before the exam, VUE charged me 50 dollars to reschedule ! ! !

I can't find any place on the Checkpoint or VUE website to request a refund and at the test center they informed me that I have to ask Checkpoint.

Does anyone know the channel to request a refund?

Pearson VUE has a test taker customer service for this.
