Starting April 2022, all file transfers within the Service Requests (SRs) moved to the Beyond: new attachment tool (using IBM Aspera Connect).

This tool has a transport technology that maximises the speed while maintaining the highest security, regardless of file size, transfer distance and network conditions. For full details, please refer to this SecureKnowledge article.

Not too sure if it's just me but I can't attach anything right now in SR! Tried two different computers in two totally different networks and three different browsers 😞 it just sits at this screen forever

Ok i did not read the SK and did not install Aspera SW. Seems a lot to ask to be honest in a large organisation where all SW on PCs is managed centrally. Plus additional ports.. Oh dear. If every vendor would need that... why can't we just stick to HTTP...
