content protection violation

Does anyone know where to adjust for a IPS Prever with Attack Name 'Content Protection Violation'  Attack Information: Excel Office document detected.  It seems like it's being blocked just because its an Office File.   Its only crime is being an office file.  Protection Name Office Files.  Oh, I found it.   I set that to inactive.
