I have a question about CVE-2020-12243. As a subject: Will Check Point launch the signature for CVE-2020-12243? Or any plan for this CVE.

IPS protections are developed based on availability of technical information, severity, popularity of the affected product and customer requests.
At the moment, there are no immediate plans to create an IPS protection for this issue as there is no known exploit to it and fixed packages where published.
However, if new information comes to light, we can re-evaluate this.

We have released a dedicated IPS protection for this vulnerability - OpenLDAP Slapd Denial of Service
(CVE‑2020‑12243)
