Threat Prevention Indicators cause the threat URLs to not be searchable of threat intell sites.

Hi,

 

For a customer running Maestro R80.20 SP I have configured csv files with lists of threat sites. They sites get blocked alright, but they cannot be now looked up on threat intell sites, like virustotal.com. When on virustotal.com I go to the search tab and enter the site, the window just goes blank/keep refreshing with no content. THis behaviour does not occur on another customer running VSX R80.40. Please help.
