Threat Emulation Mail exception for sender/recipient pair

Dear all,

We would like to know if there is any way to add an exception in Threat Emulation for a pair of sender and recipient domains.

As the current ( R81.10 ) smartconsole menu suggests, exceptions can be used for either senders or recipients.

Is there a way to use the logical "and" instead of "or" in exclusions?

Thank you in advance.

No - that is a simple whitelist mechanism. Also, you talk about domains, not single users, so why not add them to both Senders and Recepients ? Or is this a service for the 2 customer domains ?

Dear Mr. Albrecht thank you for the reply,

We are interested in whitelisting the email communication from a certain domain to a certain domain of the organization. If another domain of the customer receives an email from the interesting source domain, that would be suspicious and we would like it to be checked.

Similar would have been the case if we had had specific email addresses for senders and recipients.

Let me know if further clarification details are required.

Best Regards

I understand better now. Not currently possible in CP. Talk to your local CP SE for help on this, also RFE could help !
