SandBlast TE100X does not download Win10 image

Hi Community,

I need some help. I have a TE100X appliance (R81.20jhf84), and I want to test something on it. It has EVAL licence yet.

I don't know why, but the appliance downloads only the WinXP and Win7 image, nothing more.

I know for 100% sure, this is tiny tick ot setting somewhere, but I'm stuck.

Please help 🙂

Make sure you're using the latest version of the Threat Prevention engine: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk95235

Long story short:

I created a new IPS profile, then checked the relevant images. After this, the download started.

However in the optimized policy was configured correctly (use all available images) the win10 and win11 images weren't downloaded.
