Baasanjargal,

some more information about the configuration would be helpful.

In AntiSpam => Advanced => SMTP you must configure the direction or hosts to scan, maybee there are mistakes.

Another one.... If your mailservers are communicating via encrypted SMTP you can't see the content of a message (for example sender and receiver) on your gateway. To check these messages you have to enable MTA and terminating the SMTP-sessions on your gateway.
