IPS Offline Update feature disabled on SmartConsole

Hi All ,

We are facing an issue with IPS Offline update. The offline update tab on SmartConsole we normally use to upload IPS file was disabled by itself without knowing the reason .The license entitlement for Offline update was still active.We are using R80.40 and the devices have no internet access .We usually patched the IPS from SmartConsole monthly without any issue before this happen.

Any possibilities for this issue and how to troubleshoot?

- Jumbo hotfix Take of the Management? (latest take: 192)

- SmartConsole Build? (latest build: 435)

Smar1 running version:R80.40 JHF take 78.

Smart console: R80.40(build 411)

Firewall Gateway running version:R80.40

Just to confirm the admin/users assigned permission profile still has the following set?

Yes , it's Super User admin account and IPS was also checked.

Noted. Was a support/license renewal recently undertaken for the Management and corresponding gateways?

Hi thank you, it's now working , the current Smart1 become Secondary state and we can still update from primary Smart1
