We are facing an issue with IPS Offline update. The offline update tab on SmartConsole we normally use to upload IPS file was disabled by itself without knowing the reason .The license entitlement for Offline update was still active.We are using R80.40 and the devices have no internet access .We usually patched the IPS from SmartConsole monthly without any issue before this happen.
Any possibilities for this issue and how to troubleshoot?
