My antivirus detect malicious DNS request on resourse qaeqxa.pw. Signature is Generic.TC.gjgwrm
Please help my find verbose discription by the signature.

If you can't find it on research.checkpoint.com, it was most likely an ephemeral/temporary classification in ThreatCloud.
It may be a false positive or classified differently now.
If you have a specific question, best to open a TAC case.

What kind of antivirus are you using? It seems to me Generic.TC term is used by another security vendor to flag unidentified malware.

Can you elaborate?
