Hello,
maybe someone experienced the same or is an ThreatExtraction expert and could help with our problem.
(Yes, we have an open ticket, but with no progress)
After we upgraded our Mailgateway with the ThreatExtraction Blade from R80.20 to R81.10, all UserCheck urls/pages from before the upgrade expired, even though the links were only 1 or 2 days old (our limit is 14 days).
Thats quite annoying for our customers. After reverting back to R80.20, the UserCheck pages worked again.
I checked this also in our lab, with the upgrade vom R80.20 to R80.40, same behavior/problem.
Is there a way to save these links during the upgrade process or with a backup of a database or is this a expected behavior?
Thanks for your help!
br
Ronny
I would suggest to contact TAC about this issue !
