So what is the precise question here ? As you can always decide to let this traffic pass, there should be no problems, although i would suggest to use CP RA VPN client...
apologies for not be clear here, we do block apps which falls under Critical Risk, Anonymizer category, due to some reason on 17th Oct traffic for RDP,LDAP,TCP-8081,8082 and few TCP-High ports considered as Zenmate-Anonymizer and its started being dropped, which caused many connection issue to our ERP, Terminal service and applications which uses these ports. had to apply exemption and seems now its resolved with latest application database update.
Thanks,
I'd like to share that we had the same issue with customer, where certain traffic (like Zoom) is detected as [ZenMate] App high chance false-positive. So as you said, users that have [Anonymizer] Category configured to block in their rulebase is likely having some sort of connectivity issue.
We opened a TAC case but it looks like R&D already handled it and the fix is included in the application package version [81202110181759]. Try updating the app package from Management, and install policy on gateway to see if your issue resolves.
We also TAC case opened, This is seems resolved after application database updates, had to push policy to (200+ gateways) to reflect the change immediate. just more work!
