SMB Upgrade to R81.10.17 Build 620 Error (Models: 1590 and 1595)

Dear Forum,

We are experiencing an upgrade issue with the embedded appliances 1590 and 1595. When the box is updated to version R81.10.17 - Build 620, the correct version is displayed for approximately 10 minutes:

The CLI also shows the "new" version - but only for like 10 minutes:

Then the Version is "demoted" to R81.10.17 - Build 508 but the messages file shows nothing.

Did anyone experience the same problem?

What is the source version/build prior to upgrade out of interest?

yes, i have same problem, with multiple gateway 1570

We had to disable IOC feeds on ours for the upgrade to stay and not revert.

ioc_feeds enable off if you are running IOC feeds. Worked for us, otherwise, can't help sorry

To confirm you were able to successfully able to re-enable the feeds post?

Hi All

known issue when IoC feeds are enabled.

please disable IoC feeds and then upgrade.

A fix anyway will be released this week.
