May i know what is the storage capacity of the unit model 1570 and 1590? We already checked the datasheet, there's no information related to capacity unlike with quantum security gateway there's published information about the storage.
Unlike the other Quantum appliances, these have Flash storage, and it’s designed for the OS image and a minimal amount of logs.
You can add an SD card or a USB drive for additional log storage.
Thanks for the feedback.
How to setup the SD card for additional log storage? I can see my SD mounted as ext4 on /mnt/sd but "no one" is writing files there.
For log storage it should function automatically per the below, if not please open a case with TAC to review.
1570 / 90 / 1600 each have a 64 GB micro-SD card option. 1800 additionally has an internal 256 GB SSD.
My 1550 has 623.8MB left for logs.
Thanks for the feedback. What is the built-in storage capacity of these appliance 1500 series?
As I said above, the built-in storage is minimal and you can add more via a USB drive or SD card.
On my 1590, the /logs partition is about 5GB, the /storage partition is about 8GB.
thank you 😁
Hi PhoneBoy,
Can this be documented through an SK officially?
