I'm aware of SmatOptimize as a service, but specifically interested in the tool.

Additionally can I use SmartMove to migrate a policy and objects from one DMS to another DMS?

SmartMove is only migrate to Check Point and not in Check Point.

To optimized Check Point / migrate a policy and objects from one DMS to another DMS is only SmartOptimize
