configure custom actions via SmartEvent - console

We can't start SmartEvent from streamed SmartConsole. Error message "could not find gtar.exe".

We want to configure some custom actions for detected events. With on premise management this is done via SmartEvent console but with Smart-1 Cloud SmartEvent does not work. Can we get SmartEvent running or are there other options to configure this ?

Follwoing in the documentation  Quantum Smart-1 Cloud Administration Guide "Expected Behavior and Known Limitations" 

"SmartEvent Policies are not supported. Consequently, it is not possible to configure custom events or automatic reactions."

Ok, I understand. But how about defining  the "internal objects" via SmartEvent. Will this be supported in Smart-1 Cloud?

I had a TAC case open but with no results. I think support engineer does not really understand what I want to achieve, maybee I've to better explain.
