Nat is not woring
Hi Team,
We have configured the NAT to take RDP in another network. but is not working properly.

When you say "not working" how precisely did you verify it?
What version/JHF?
Can you provide a simple topology diagram relevant to the above rule?

Just a guess, but didn't you mean to translate the service to actual RDP (port 3389) as the server should listen to?

I see what @AmirArama is saying...rdp is port 3389, not what you are showing in the screenshot, unless you just gave it that name to trick us? 😉
