virtual checkpoint gateway vnic order

do we need to order the vnic in any specific order?

ex.

checkpoint vm > edit settings > network adapter

network adapter 1 > mgmt vln

network adapter 2  - outside vlan

network adapter 3 - inside vlan

Also is should network I/O control be disabled / enabled  on the vmware virtual switch? Does it cause any conflicts?

In labs I try to use eth0 for Outside and eth1 for Inside (just a habit).

A separate Mgmt interface might be surplus to requirements depending on your topology and isn't mandatory.
