microsoft teams conferences disconnects - first packet isn't SYN

Hello Check Point Community.

We are facing an issue with Microsoft Teams conferences being randomly disconnected from random users, taking a look to the logs we see a lot of drops on service https(443) to Microsoft public IPs.

The reason of the drop is "First Packet Isn't Syn"

Tried working out with support but they have not yet, found a work around or solution.

Users perceive the issue having a disconnection from the conferences and sometimes the text messages have a lot of delay.

Any help is very much appreciated.

Possible you have an asymmetric routing issue.
That's one potential cause for this issue.
