I'm running R80.30 VSX on two 15600 gateways. One gateway accepts ssh sessions to its management port fine. The other appears to accept the login, but the session just sits there as if its stuck on processing a login script. It eventually times out.
The various firewall instances on this machine are processing traffic normally. Cluster XL between the two VSX appears healthy.
Just thought i'd check here before logging a case.
Can you reach the console port and see if traffic is properly going in and/or out the management port?
Working with Checkpoint on this; the account i was using for ssh uses clish shell. clish appears to have a dependency on the cpd process running. And cpd was continuously failing. Another available account uses Expert shell (bash). That one logs in fine. Once we fixed the cpd problem, all logins worked.
