You're looking at either a 6200 or a 3600T at a minimum.
However, there are other factors that will determine which appliance is best for the given situation.
Best to validate your specific requirements with your local reseller or Check Point SE.

Use the appliance sizing tool. Here you can quickly get an idea which appliance would be the right one for you. An set the parameter "Total Users: 1200" see picture.
