error adding private certificate to LOM

We are trying to replace the certificate of the LOM-board with a private one from our own CA. Adding the certificate fails with „Error in getting SSL certificate“

We did this in the past on a lot of appliances without problems, Main difference now, this is a new HTML5 LOM board, not the old one with JAVA. Are there any changes which key formats must be used ?

Hi,

On which FW are you? is it 6.20? if yes, can you move to 6.16 and test again?

Do you have an SR # with our technical support that I can look at?

In general, please check for:

- The help area to see you are not using an unsupported character

We are running LOM firmware 6.20.

I believe ther's a typo in your message. You're meaning upgrade to 6.20 and not back to 6.16 ?

@Dolev  downgrade to version 6.16. Now certificate import was successfully.

No SR.

Thanks, most likely you have an empty field in the certificate, issue we just discovered.

Let me know the SR# and I will work with TAC Engineer to keep you posted on upcoming release that solves that.

(FYI, if you will upgrade now the certificate should remain)
