can't hear voice when microsoft team to cisco phone throught check point firewall.
Dear All,
I have an issues that is I can't hear voice when I call Microsoft team to cisco phone (there is sip, cucm server) through to firewall. Do you have any solutions or similar case. I got microsoft team requested some changes that is disable to SIP ALG. I already disabled and updated latest hot fix version in check point (HOTFIX_R81_10_JUMBO_HF_MAIN Take: 110).
My issue is following as;
Cisco Phone to Cisco Phone - OK
Cisco phone to Microsoft team - OK
Miscrosoft Team to Cisco Phone - can reachable , ringing and pick up but can't hear.
Could you please any solutions and suggestions help for me?

What can you see in the logs - are packets from that VoIP traffic dropped and for which reason ?

Did you go thru sk95369: ATRG: VoIP already ? Contact TAC for debugs - hard to find the reason if there are no drops in Logs...

Are affected clients connected on the LAN or Remote Access VPN etc?
