Will R82.10 ship with a ClusterXL to ElasticXL Conversion Tool?

Following up on Post I had in the fall.  We replaced pair of 5800's with 9200's.  We have them in ClusterXL and were looking into converting to ElasticXL.  We are 24x7x365 medical / healthcare so outage is not really an option.  The 9200's were installed with the current  R82 JHF released as of September.   A CP developer stated that there was a tool under development that would convert ClusterXL to ElasticXL and seemed to be willing to offer it for my upgrade.  Apparently the Tool must have run into some issues as the developer did not provide it or respond to my PMs. 

I see the upcoming R82.10 announcement scheduled for this month.   I am still interested in moving to ElasticXL and was wondering if anyone in the EA program has seen or heard anything about this Tool?   

For those who were able to move from ClusterXL to ElasticXL, any comments / issues?

Issues wise JHF T44 fixes a NAT problem relevant to most environments.
To clarify there is no tool / process available that will do this conversion without an outage to my knowledge.
Regarding the EA I would reach out to your local SE to express your interest in participating and they will advise you further regarding the status after consulting internally.

Thanks for the reply.   Our 9200's, Mgt and SmartEvent are at R82 JHF44.  As far as ElasticXL, I'd expect there would be an outage.  I would need to determine the length and how "foolproof" the process was.   I considered trying when we replaced the 5800's.  But did get that "warm & fuzzy" feeling on how to do it quickly and if this new technology was relatively stable.   I would really like to return to an Active-Active configuration like I had back when Stonebeat was used.  😁 (I still have the original software media in my CP archive collection).

I can ask one of customers that recently got new 3900's with R82.10...not sure if it would show once logged in if the tool is available, but I may call them to check via remote session.
