What does the priority field in Signature Tool (ACST) do?

What does the priority field in Signature Tool (ACST) do? The manual seems to preceed the release of the latest version and this field is not mentioned.

So, the higher the number the higher the priority? Or is it the opposite, like in routes?

Just confirmed lower number indeed means higher priority.

Makes sense. It matches the behavior of other Check Point features. Thank you!
