We are facing issue with CPU high utilization on one of the firewall under vsx

We having vsx firewall under that four firewalls there however i can see the 2nd number firewall CPU utilization goes to 95% and during this time customer facing latency in the network.

Dynamic core balancing is on. Please help to solve this cpu utilization issue.
