VPN tunnel missing SmartView Monitor
Hi All,
I found something weird that number of IPSEC tunnels is not correctly display and there is few missing tunnels. When 1 of the tunnel goes down the missing tunnel shows in monitoring.
Please kindly advise.
Thanks

What version/JHF?
How are you confirming the tunnels are active outside of SVM?

If you have monitoring enabled on that gateway/cluster, usually this is simply fixed by cpstop; cpstart from mgmt server or rebooting the mgmt. It does not cause any downtime, you can literally do it whenever.
Best,
Andy

BTW please note that R82 will introduce a completely new Tunnel Monitoring tool. Consider joining the EA Program:
- Introducing the Advanced VPN Monitoring tool that shows information on each VPN Tunnel and tracks its health and performance.

Sounds exciting @Tal_Paz-Fridman . Will it be separate monitoring tool or still part of smart console?
Best,
Andy
