VPN Site to Site do not Up the tunnel

Hello,

Please your help how to troubleshoot a Site to Site VPN after setting all the parameters, it does not Up any Phase.

try to look at this sk34467.
1. You have to send interesting traffc in order to GO-UP state in IPSec
2. Capture UDP 500 with tcpdump if anything is coming to your peer

If you just see "no response from peer" messages in the logs when investigating traffic between both vpn peers, let the peer gateway admin investigate hos logs.
