VPN Link Redundancy Failover Not Working With AWS

Hello,

We are facing the VPN tunnel failover issue with AWS. We have two tunnels on CP to AWS. ISP-1(Tunnel-1) is primary and ISP-2(Tunnel2) is secondary.

We are already configured ISP redundancy setting on CP gateway. But it is not working and we do manually for failover.

Pease suggest on this case.

Can you share more details of the tunnel/VPN configuration, for example are you using IKEv2 with DPD ?

Sorry for late rely. I found this sk100726, so we need to use VTI for redundancy. Right?
