VICIDAIL server call forward issue with checkpoint 730

Hi All,

I have ''VICIDAIL''  call server and connected with CP 730 (r77.20). I have problem auto dial number with server and initiate the call for customer.

When connect the server with simple router (Tenda), all services working properly. 

Please suggest the step by step configuration in CP 730 (R77.20) firewall.

So what do you see in the logs concerning that connection ? Is this server using VoIP ? Then have a look here: sk95369: ATRG: VoIP

Here are some recommendation

• UDP high ports should be allowed in rule as those are used for RTP Media and voice data
• Make custom service for 5061 and tick checkbox “match for any”. This custom service should be hit first.
• Finally we can disable SIP inspection.
