UserCheck Portal Customization - URL Filtering Block Page

Hi guys,

I'm trying to configure UserCheck Portal for URL Filtering Block Page.

I need that the user can send an email trough a link in the UserCheck Portal Block Page in order to request specific url whitelist. It can be possible?
