User is using a lot of CPU issue

CP5400 appliance's CPU usage is about 100 % percent. By the picture, User is using cpu more than 90 %, I don't understand why is user spending too much CPU,

Your 5400 appears to be configured standalone (SMS & Security Gateway) and top is showing 88.5% of current CPU usage is nice'd down to a low CPU priority.  This the SOLR log indexing function which is CPU-intensive and will not interfere with traffic forwarding due to its reduced CPU priority, normally log indexing will not be enabled by default on a box with only 2 cores so you must have enabled it.  Please see this thread:
