Third Party Transeivers Compatibility

Hello Checkmates,

I had a HA deployment with 5800 devices running Gaia R80.40 T156.
Recently we migrated from 1G interfaces to 10G interfaces, and ever since we've been dealing with some connectivity issues.
I noticed that for some reason we are not using CheckPoint "supported" transceivers, in this location.
We are using the Cisco owned SFPs SFP-10G-SR-US.
The thing is that we have the exact deployment in another site and it's running perfectly.
That means that using "not supported" transceivers can work.
So, could anyone share your experience using third party transceivers that can do the trick?
Any recommendation from the switch perspective?

Thanks

Have you tested a genuine SFP to see if the issue persists?

Generally the use of third party transceivers is blocked as can result in issues.

Different revisions of NIC hardware might also be a consideration.
