Some CPU with high Interrupts value and some with low Interrupts value

Hello,

We are seeing following output with CPVIEW on R80.40. With the first 17 CPUs the number of interrupts is high. The following 23 CPUs have very low values at the interrupts column. Does anyone have an idea what the problem is?
