SmartConsole's "Where Used" and search options fail in the Read-only mode

When I use the read only mode the smartconsole Displays "an Error occured while searching". This behaviour happened after I Update the Jumbo Hotfix from T74 to T87 for OS Version R81. I already read the sk181471 but R81 T87 isn't mentioned and I don't want to Upgrade to R81.10 or R81.20. 

I also updated the smartconsole to the latest build but it doesn't solve this issue.

Can anyone help me?

Please contact TAC and ask for a portfix or an indication of JHF inclusion for R81.

But I need a contract to contract the TAC or Not?

Yes, as you also do for any software downloads/Jumbos/upgrades.

Okay but I don't have the same error in cpm.elg file as in the sk. Is that a problem?

You definitely should upgrade to at least R81.10

If it makes you feel troublesome, rollback to your original JHF and wait for the fix in later release (🤞)

There is one sk which relates this Topic. Says that you need to upgrade to r81 20 or you are getting hotfix from TAC if you don't want to go for r81 20

It's written in my Thread but I don't have this kind of OS and JHF and I also don't have the same error report in cpm.elg like in the sk

R81 is also affected and the fix will be in an upcoming JHF.
