Smart Endpoint

Hello,

 

We have 100 Sandblast Agent Endpoint clients and Smart 1 405 Management server. 

Question: Can we change that Smart 1 405 appliance without impacting clients (in other words, without re installing client program.)

I believe if you do a proper migrate export/import of the existing appliance into the new one, the Endpoints won't notice a difference.

Is your Smart-1 405 really running R80?
But yes, an Advanced Upgrade with Database Migration is the process I'm referring to.
You may also want to take the opportunity to upgrade to a newer version as part of this process.
Refer to the Installation and Upgrade Guide for the precise version you are migrating to (whether same or newer).
