Schedule backup through FQDN

Hi All,

 

We have created instance in AWS for only backup storage purpose like FTP server, May i Know how to create schedule back using FQDN because we have only FQDN name as we dont have IP address.

What are configuration need to perform in checkpoint firewall.

 

Steps take:

 

Added the FQDN in Domains and Created the new rule.

 

How to schedule backup using FQDN in GAIA Portal?

 

Please note we not have IP address as this will take dynamic IP

Backup to FADN is not supported. You can include a backup command to a script that resolves FQDN to an IP during the execution, and then cron it.
