Hello you can check the uptime of some Check Point services
So far the uptime is quite good.

How do you define SLA in this context, I wander?

You are the experts so you should tell me
Some relevant criteria can be:
Availability (e.g. 99.99%)
Performance (e.g. maximum response times)
Security / privacy of the data (e.g. encrypting all stored and transmitted data)
Disaster Recovery expectations (worse case recovery commitment)
Location of the data (e.g. consistent with local legislation)
What interests me is the response and handling time compared to TE appliances? How does Check Point handles the traffic in case of load? etc.
Maybe it should be called service description instead of SLA. Fortinet is doing a nice job in this term:

Does CP has something similar?

The CP SLA (Service Level Agreement) is corresponding to the relevant support level - so it is different if you have Collaborative Enterprise Support from customers with Direct Support. So you can surely get it from the one you bought CP support from.
