SSO not working after remote access vpn password change.

Hello,

I have the below issue.

When a password expires and a remote access vpn user change it. Every program eg outlook, skype, webex pops up credentials.

The user locks and unlocks with the new password but the issue stands still. Windows force user to input the new password for every application.

How can I simplify this?

Thank you

I’m assuming you’re using Active Directory based on the comment about unlocking the computer.
The applications in question would have to integrate more directly with Active Directory (using the logged in user versus stored credentials) or some sort of single sign-on solution that does.
That falls somewhat outside our product portfolio.

Yes AD of course. I was thinking about secure domain login. If i enabled it, does it work for SSO? Ι mean the user will connect via window prelogin screen.

All SDL gives you is the ability to bring up the VPN as part of the login process on Windows.
Otherwise, you can only log into the local PC with cached credentials.
It's not a single sign-on solution.

Note that regardless of what SSO solution you use, the apps have to support it.
