SNX issue

Hi All,

is anyone face this issue, while connecting the mobile access snx we are getting this error , when we click yes we are not able to connect the vpn.

Device -9100 running on cluster HA mode

R81.20 jhf take 99

Mobile check agent-Product Version: 800.007.049. MSI Version: 1.0.49

snx -7.01.0000

Thats standard message if there was recent vpn cert renewal done on the firewall.

we have cert valid till april 2026, we havn't renew

Have you upgraded the firewall and issue started? If you have renewed the certificate then you can follow sk176932

No, we haven't done any changes. We have connected TAC they suggested to install jhf 118

I would try jumbo 120, its latest, but also recommended.

Just checking in to confirm if JHF 118 has been applied and whether the issue is resolved.

I am curious as We have one customer who uses SNX.

Hi,

Yes , issue resolved after installation on JHF118 and TAC share some Port Fix . 

We have install the JHF118 and after tht we install port fix shared by TAC

also they share below SK.
