SMTP traffic is being Bypassed in firewall rule

Dear @PhoneBoy 

We need your help to understand, why the SMTP traffic is being bypassed.

"rule 73" has a list of categories to block malicious and suspicious activities. e.g. high risk, botnets, etc.

The Bypass log is being detected by the firewall blade.

Please have a look at the attached screenshot for details.

@Rabindra_Khadka looks like these traffic is SMTP TLS. It's encrypted and can't be inspect.
