Route based VPN tunnel between Checkpoint Cloudguard R80.40 and Fortigate

Hi,

I am trying to create a VPN tunnel with VTI interface between Checkpoint and Fortigate, and I am unable to ping the VTI interface IP or form a BGP peering between them. The phase 1 and 2 VPN tunnel is up, however VTI connectivity doesn't work. I've successfully done route based VPN tunnel between Checkpoints and Cisco in the past, but can't pin point an issue with this one. Anyone know any gotcha for route based tunnel to Fortigate FWs?

@sinapz it seems you originally posted to a wrong category. You are not using R80.40 SMB GW, are you?
